About Kim Vereb
I was born and raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1996. Prior to attending law school I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. After graduating from law school I worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Marion County, Indiana. I also worked for the prosecuting attorney's office in Will County, Illinois where I was the lead prosecutor in the Domestic Violence Unit. I then went into private practice, and worked for several law firms where I practiced mainly in civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense and personal injury. My current practice includes family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, and criminal defense. I am licensed to practice law in Indiana, Illinois, and New York. I am also admitted to practice in federal court in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. I am married, have two children and reside in Avon, Indiana.
